I just received an invitation to join Pownce.com. I read about it over on Kevin Rose’s site. It is a new social networking site that allows you to send messages, files, links, and events to your contacts. Sort of like Myspace for sharing files and messages. They are limiting the users right now and you have to be invited to join, kind of like g-mail in its early days. I just received my invitation and it comes with six invitations for me to send out to friends. I haven’t had a chance to play around with it and no one is in my network yet.
