Not too long ago Mrs. Mai Tai and I went to Oahu. While there we stopped at Duke’s Waikiki. We had been told by friends that we had to save room for dessert and to make sure we ordered the Hula Pie. We listened to our friends and ordered the hula pie. We ordered one slice and it was easily big enough for the two of us. It is made with macadamia nut ice cream on a chocolate cookie crust. It is topped with hot fudge, whipped cream and more macadamia nuts. If you find yourself in Waikiki don’t miss out on this little slice of heaven.

It just got a little more expensive to visit Disney World. This usually prompts the other parks to raise their prices. I wonder which will be first- Sea World or Universal.
