I had no idea the Czech Republic had a Research Institute for Brewing and Malting.  Why doesn’t the United States have one of these?  That would have to be one of the best jobs.  The Institute for Brewing and Malting has recently come up with a non-alcoholic beer for women in menopause.  The beer is chock full of hormone goodness.  The beer is still in its research stage and is not available for purchase.  I wonder what they are going to call it.

Tiki Oasis 7 Hawaii a Go Go starts today.  I will not be there.  This is one of two must attend events for tikiphiles.  The Hukilau is the other event.  If you are in San Diego this week for Tiki Oasis 7 have a Mai Tai for me.
