It is raining and windy.  However, here is some footage of some guy who thought it would be a good idea to kite surf during a tropical storm.  It turns out it was not such a good idea. 

The path changed again.  It is raining now and there is some wind but that is about all we are going to get.  We are still under a tornado watch but it could have been worse.
