I have taken some time off for rest and relaxation.  Hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

If you want to track Santa Claus on his flight arounf the world then check out NORAD Santa.  If you would prefer you could also call the 1-877-HI-NORAD.  The ohone line will be active  beginning at 4:00 am Mountain Time on December 24 running through 3:00 AM Mountain Time on December 25.  The phone line will only work if you are in the US or Canada.  Not even Santa can escape from the eyes of Big Brother. 

Once in awhile George Lucas makes a mistake.  This was one of them.

This umbrella is great for the Star Wars fan that lives in a rainy climate.  While it rains in Florida quite a bit, especially in the summer, I don’t use umbrellas all that much.  I never have one when I need it and I don’t like carrying it around once I get inside.  If it is raining I usually will just run to where I need to go.  It usually isn’t all that far.  The distance from my car to my front door is only a few paces.  No umbrella needed.  Sure I get a little wet but it is only water and I will dry.  This little beauty has me reconsidering my anti-umbrella feelings.  If only it hummed like a lightsaber. 

I have a grill but I think I need one of these.  Well I don’t need one but I want one.  The downside is the out of this world price tag for a big green egg.  I think it will be on my wishlist for a long time.
