Big Green Egg

I have a grill but I think I need one of these. Well I don’t need one but I want one. The downside is the out of this world price tag for a big green egg. I think it will be on my wishlist for a long time.

You’ll never regret it. The food tastes great,and retains moisture because of the ceramics. The cost is a little high, but not much more than a gas Weber, which needs new flavor bars and burners every few years.
