Puffer Fish Sold as Salmon Kills 15

August 23rd, 2007 by Mr. Mai Tai

I have never been to business school but killing your costumers does not sound like a sound business model.

Unscrupulous vendors in Thailand have been selling meat of the deadly puffer fish disguised as salmon, causing the deaths of more than 15 people over the past three years, a doctor said Thursday.

August 20th, 2007 by Mr. Mai Tai

Not only do we have to worry about sharks we have to worry about giant jellyfish. I can’t imagine swimming into a 25 pound glob of stinging goo that stings.

Bear Eats Man at Beer Festival

August 20th, 2007 by Mr. Mai Tai

Even on my drunkest of days I would never climb in a bear cage.

A 23-year old Serb was found dead and half-eaten in the bear cage of Belgrade Zoo at the weekend during the annual beer festival.

August 12th, 2007 by Mr. Mai Tai

Two weeks ago I ordered ants for my ant farm.  Yesterday they arrived and they were all alive.  Now they are in the ant farm.  Not much activity yet.  I think they are getting used to their new surroundings.

Antworks Illuminated Ant Farm

August 7th, 2007 by Mr. Mai Tai

I just received the Antworks Illuminated Ant Farm.  This isn’t your Daddies ant farm.  This ant farm is filled with nutrient gel that serves as the ants home and food.  I have the ant farm ready to go.  I just need the ants.  I was going to collect the ants myself but all I could find were fire ants.  The directions say not to use them and that is fine with me, I can do without getting stung.  I ordered some Western Harvester Ants from the internet.  I have heard it can take a few weeks for them to arrive.  More updates to come once I receive the ants.
