Being a daredevil takes its toll on your body. If you are not familiar with him Evel was one of the most famous daredevils. Many of his attempted stunts ended in failure but that is part of being a daredevil. He was only 69 and had been in failing health for years. If you want to be a part of his legacy you can visit Six Flags St. Louis next year. They are opening America’s Lengdary Daredevil rollercoaster next year.

I like just about all the work that Kevin Smith has done. There are a few exceptions but no one is perfect. Like Kevin Smith I too am from New Jersey. Red Bank to be exact and because of that even if his work were crap I would still say Kevin Smith does some good work. You have to support the home town people. Kevin Smith has a new book out. I haven’t read it yet but I know I will like it.
Anything but boring, the creator of “Jay and Silent Bob” shares his x-rated thoughts in his diary, telling all in his usual candid, heartfelt and irreverent way! Lewd, crude and hilariously rude, Kevin Smith pulls no punches in this hard-hitting, in-your-face expose of, er, his rather dull and uneventful life… well, not always dull. In between watching his TiVo, he manages to make and release “Clerks II”, relate the story of his partner-in-crime Jason Mewes’ heroin addiction, get a tattoo, serve on a jury… and be berated for nose-picking by his erstwhile Playboy-model wife, Jen. Thrown in are his views on the perils of strip clubs, the drawback of threesomes, the pain of anal fissures, his love-affair with “Star Wars” and so much more!
You can by it at his website View Askew and he will sign it for you. How many books come signed by the author these days or you can pick it up at any bookseller, like Amazon and if you use Amazon from the link below they throw me a couple of cents so I appreciate anyone who buys it from my link.

I am not a big fan of Halloween masks. I had a few Halloween costumes as a kid that involved masks and I remember they all had poor visibility, were uncomfortable and above all were hot. I am sure this mask is no different. That being said I think this mask has a high scare factor and would be great for scaring the neighborhood kids. The Saw Pig Mask isn’t available yet but should be out in time for Halloween.

I haven’t seen it nor am I compelled to look for it but it seems there is a photo of High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens making its way around the internets and she is naked, really naked. As this happens all the time you think people would know better by now. I may write a book on the subject and I am going to call it “Tips and Tools for the Digital Age: Keep Your Damn Clothes On”

You see a lot of people wearing hats and shirts that say Von Dutch. I wonder how many people know who Von Dutch even was. This should be required reading for anyone purchasing a Von Dutch trucker cap.
