Baby Mai Tai will needs this when he gets older. It gets cold in the winter and nothing keeps you warmer then being inside a Tauntaun.

This umbrella is great for the Star Wars fan that lives in a rainy climate. While it rains in Florida quite a bit, especially in the summer, I don’t use umbrellas all that much. I never have one when I need it and I don’t like carrying it around once I get inside. If it is raining I usually will just run to where I need to go. It usually isn’t all that far. The distance from my car to my front door is only a few paces. No umbrella needed. Sure I get a little wet but it is only water and I will dry. This little beauty has me reconsidering my anti-umbrella feelings. If only it hummed like a lightsaber.

Every few years I hear the rumors that Star Tours is going to go through a significant rehab. The rumors have started again. The Orlando Weekly posted some updates on their website saying that it is confirmed that Star Tours is indeed being updated. I would love to see this ride updated. There are so many things they could do with it but until I see the green walls go up I am still keeping this one in the rumor category.

I have friends that went to Celebration IV. I chose to stay home. They told me how awesome it was and that I needed to go to Celebration V. I just found out there are five cities in the running to host Celebration V. The five cities are Baltimore, Minneapolis, Chicago, Indianapolis and Orlando. Orlando would be great. I live there and with the minimal travel expenses I might go.

Star Wars weekends is going strong at the Disney Hollywood Studios. Just in time for the event Disney released PVC figures of the muppets characters dressed as Star Wars Characters. I have not seen them yet but I wish they were 6″ action figures and not PVC figures.

I love this item. I had a Star Wars themed birthday when I was four. I wish these had been around. I would have loved ice cubes shaped like Han Solo in carbonite.
