The Force Unleashed is coming to the Wii. Soon I will be able to wield my very own lightsaber. I wonder if I will be able to make a Darth Maul double lightsaber by gluing two Wii remotes together. That would be sweet.

Another great R2-D2 product from Hammacher Schlemmer. At $349.95 it is on the pricey side but so is everything else they sell.

Everyone’s favorite Wookie Chewbacca presented Nasa with Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber today. The lightsaber is going on a space shuttle ride to commemorate Star Wars 30th Anniversary.
The Discovery astronauts will have a little something extra in their gear when the space shuttle blasts off in October: Luke Skywalker’s original Jedi Lightsaber.
As part of the “Star Wars” 30th anniversary celebration, NASA has agreed to carry the prop weapon into orbit and jettison it in space.

Astronomers are scratching their heads over a puzzling non-discovery, an enormous hole in the universe measuring nearly a billion light-years across. There really is nothing to the void, which is empty of both normal matter such as stars, galaxies, and gas, and the mysterious, unseen “dark matter” that astronomers detect by its gravitational pull.
If the scientific community had consulted me I could have told them exactly what this is. It is a planet- most likely the planet Kamino where right now a grand army of the republic is being cloned from the genetic material of bounty hunter Jango Fett.

Every Star Wars fan needs one of these. The head houses a DLP projector. The front has a DVD/CD player and a docking station for an Ipod with built in speakers. It comes with a Milennium Falcon model that conceals the remote control. It can all be yours for the low price of $2799.95. If any generous person would like to buy me one you can purchase it here.

An R2-D2 Trash Can is available at starwars.com. This is the best trash can ever. Push the peddle and his head flips open so you can throw in your rubbish.

Think Geek has these R2-D2 remote control action figures available for sale. They are controlled by a lightsaber remote. They look to be the size of a standard R2 action figure. If they can fit all of that electronics into something so small they should be able to make a full size version pretty soon. Everyone could use an Astromech Droid. I want to be able to drop it in through the top of my car X-wing Fighter style. The only thing that would make this toy better is if it could project a holographic Princess Leia.
