The idea is simple: You want readers and you want link backs too because that’s all us bloggers want, it’s more precious than milk for some
So how does it work?
Simple! You just copy the list down below on your blog, hence creating link backs for your blogging friends and then click the RSS feed link to subscribe to all of them. Then you add yourself and up to 5 other bloggers and their feeds to the list before you publish it on your own blog. Show your friends some link love
Just imagine if just 10 people would do this and then 10 more after them. That would get your blog 100 extra link backs and 100 extra feed subscribers!
The Original List:
Not in the list? Don’t worry, you can grab it, publish it and if we get a pingback, we’ll add you to this list too!

The Doomsday Clock was started in 1947 by the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists at the University of Chicago. The clock represents how far humanity is from destroying itself with midnight representing destruction. It was originally developed during the nuclear threat and minutes have been added and taken away based on political factors throughout the world. Environment and technology along with nuclear threats are now factored into movement of the clock. On 1/17/07 the clock was moved from seven minutes to five minutes. Who do we have to thank for the time change- the usual suspects the U.S., Russia, Iran and North Korea as well as any number of terrorist groups trying to get their hands on a bomb. We also have climate change to thank. Robots do not pose a great threat to humanity…yet.

Some genius at NASA created a banner and spelled the orbiters name wrong. Instead of spelling it Endeavour they spelled it Endeavor. You would think that if anyone could spell the name right it would be the ones that operate the shuttle. Nice going.

A group of consumers has just filed a class action law suit against Microsoft saying the XBox 360 scratches game discs and makes them unusable. I don’t have an Xbox 360 but I do have other game consoles. When games cost $50-$60 I go through a lot of effort to make sure I don’t scratch my discs. The console better take just as good care as of the discs. That is a great racket thy have. Built in way to make your discs unusable and you have to go out and buy another.

IGN.com just did an article about Guitar Hero III. I am very excited about Guitar Hero III. I have both Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero II. They are two of my favorite games. What other game lets me rock out playing Freebird with my friends. Activision has partnered with Gibson Guitars for Guitar Hero III. There will be new in game guitars as well as new guitar controllers. I have been thinking of getting a new guitar. I will wait until these are released.

Speculation is going on that Apple will begin to make Ipods with the touch screen features of the Iphone. I am not interested in the Iphone but I think that the touch screen is cool. I think it would be a good new feature for the next generation of Ipods. I don’t need a new Ipod right now but if I do need another one I want it to have a touch screen.

Sony just lowered the price of its 60 GB PS3 by $100 making it $499. However, in August they are going to release an 80GB PS3 which will retail for $599. So do you spend the $499 or wait until August and get the new model with the increased disk space? Speaking for myself I am not going to be spending $499 or $599 on a PS3 any time soon. Eventually they will reduce the price even more and I can wait it out. There aren’t any must have games for the console. Blue Ray might be nice to have but I don’t feel like replacing my DVD collection with Blue Ray discs. In order for Sony to sell more of these they need to make some great games (for me that would be a Star Wars game)and lower the price of the console. Otherwise the Wii is going to continue to outsell them. I don’t have a Wii either but if I had the money to spend on a game console that is what I would buy.

The iPhone has been out for a week now and it has been cracked already. You won’t be able to make calls from it but you can access its other features. You knew this was going to happen eventually but it happened faster than I thought. Everytime some new technology comes out there is a group ready to tear it apart to start looking for ways to crack it.

I just received an invitation to join Pownce.com. I read about it over on Kevin Rose’s site. It is a new social networking site that allows you to send messages, files, links, and events to your contacts. Sort of like Myspace for sharing files and messages. They are limiting the users right now and you have to be invited to join, kind of like g-mail in its early days. I just received my invitation and it comes with six invitations for me to send out to friends. I haven’t had a chance to play around with it and no one is in my network yet. I will post more information when I get some friends to join. If you want an invitation send me an e-mail or leave a comment with your e-mail address. If I have any left I will throw one your way.

I saw this Chumby thing while I was browsing the web. It is supposed to be released this summer. It connects to your wi-fi network and will run widgets that you can install. It looks kind of interesting. Their website says it will be under $200. Depending on the final price it might be a neat thing to have.
